Cookie Policy
How tersisoft.com uses cookies and similar technologies in its current first-release configuration.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
No cookies are used
The production Astro build has no audience analytics, advertising pixels, embedded third-party media, third-party CAPTCHA or personalisation storage. This policy will be updated if hosting or form delivery changes that configuration.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on a device by a website. Similar technologies can include local storage, tracking pixels and identifiers that read or write information on a visitor’s device. Under Cyprus law, non-essential storage or access generally requires prior consent after clear information has been provided.
2. Current inventory
- Cookies set by tersisoft.com: none in the current production build
- Local-storage or session-storage identifiers: none
- Audience analytics: not enabled
- Advertising or remarketing technologies: not enabled
- Embedded third-party media, maps and CAPTCHA: not enabled
3. Contact form and logs
The current contact-form interface does not store information in cookies or browser storage. The final delivery endpoint may receive the information entered in the form together with ordinary request metadata. Standard hosting or security logs are not cookies, although they may contain personal data such as an IP address, request time and user-agent information; this processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Strictly necessary technologies
Tersisoft may use a narrowly scoped technology without consent only where it is technically necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service explicitly requested by the visitor. A technology is not treated as strictly necessary merely because it is convenient, improves statistics or benefits Tersisoft.
5. Future changes and consent
If analytics, embedded services or another optional technology is introduced, it will be blocked until any legally required consent has been obtained. Visitors must be able to reject optional technologies and later change or withdraw their choice as easily as they accepted it. The policy and inventory will be updated before activation.
6. Browser controls and contact
Browsers normally allow users to inspect, block or delete stored website data. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent a requested feature from working. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@tersisoft.com.
