Public website terms
These terms apply only to the public website. A signed quotation, Statement of Work, service agreement, licence or product-specific terms govern any separate commercial relationship.

This website is operated by TERSISOFT LABS LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 495617. Registered office: Georgiou Seferi 15, Majestic Gardens 3, Block B, Flat/Office 202, 7562 Tersefanou, Larnaca, Cyprus. 2. Acceptance and permitted access
By accessing or using tersisoft.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the website. You may access the public website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
3. Information, services and quotations
Website content provides general information about Tersisoft, its products, capabilities and possible services. It is not professional advice, a binding offer, a guarantee of availability or the creation of a client relationship. Package descriptions, delivery ranges and capability summaries are indicative. Final deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, price, taxes, third-party costs, timing, ownership and support are established only in the applicable written quotation or contract.
4. Enquiries and submitted information
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the website is accurate, lawful and provided with appropriate authority. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, malicious material or confidential production data. Sending an enquiry does not require Tersisoft to accept work or create a confidential, advisory or contractual relationship. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, brand elements and original materials are owned by or licensed to Tersisoft and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and make a limited copy of public content for internal evaluation or ordinary browser use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, remove rights notices from, or create misleading associations with website material without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names, marks, software and materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, probing or interference with the website or related infrastructure
- Do not submit malicious code, unlawful content, spam, deceptive requests or information you have no authority to provide
- Do not use automated access in a way that disrupts the service, imposes unreasonable load or circumvents reasonable technical controls
- Do not scrape, republish or misuse Tersisoft names, marks or content in a way that infringes rights or suggests unauthorised endorsement
7. Availability and accuracy
Tersisoft may correct, update, suspend or withdraw public website content without notice. Tersisoft aims to keep material accurate but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current or available. Any external resource is controlled by its provider and may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. Nothing in this section changes an obligation already accepted in a separate written contract.
8. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tersisoft is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability, or third-party resources. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or removes mandatory rights that apply to a user. Any separate client or product contract has its own responsibility and remedy provisions.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and non-contractual matters relating to the public website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that gives a user the right to bring or defend proceedings elsewhere.
10. Changes and contact
Tersisoft may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, its operations or applicable requirements. The revised version applies from the last-updated date shown on this page. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@tersisoft.com.
