Last updated: 20 August 2026
Privacy policy overview
This policy applies to tersisoft.com and related business enquiries. It will be updated if production hosting or form delivery changes the processing described below.
1. Data controller
TERSISOFT LABS LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 495617, is the controller of personal data described in this policy. Registered office: Georgiou Seferi 15, Majestic Gardens 3, Block B, Flat/Office 202, 7562 Tersefanou, Larnaca, Cyprus.
For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal data, email privacy@tersisoft.com.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect information that you provide directly and limited technical information generated when the website is requested. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or confidential production data through the website.
- Enquiry information: name, work email address, company, selected enquiry type, package reference, message and privacy acknowledgement
- Business correspondence sent to a Tersisoft email address, together with associated contact details and message metadata
- Technical and security information that may be recorded by the production host, such as IP address, request date and time, requested path, response status, browser or user-agent information and security events
- The production server resolves an approximate country from the request IP using a locally hosted country database to select the applicable regional price; the IP is not sent to an external geolocation API for this purpose
- Information supplied by a business contact or their organisation where it is necessary to handle an enquiry or business relationship
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To answer an enquiry and take steps requested before a possible contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the requester is the prospective contracting party
- To communicate with representatives of companies, assess requests, maintain business records and protect legal interests: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on Tersisoft’s legitimate interests in operating and protecting its business
- To secure, diagnose and prevent misuse of the website and related systems: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on legitimate interests in network and information security
- To comply with accounting, regulatory, court or other binding legal requirements: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR
4. Is the information required?
Providing enquiry information is voluntary. Without sufficient contact and enquiry details, Tersisoft may be unable to assess or respond to the request. The privacy checkbox records that this policy was presented; it is not used as blanket consent for processing that relies on contract, legitimate interests or legal obligations.
- We do not use a website enquiry to subscribe you to marketing communications
- We do not sell personal data
- We do not use website enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
5. Data recipients
Personal data is available only where needed for the purposes above. Recipients may include authorised Tersisoft personnel, the selected website hosting and security providers, Microsoft 365 email and collaboration services, professional advisers acting under confidentiality obligations, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. Service providers acting as processors are required to handle data only under appropriate instructions and safeguards.
6. International transfers
A service provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Tersisoft will rely on a lawful transfer mechanism appropriate to the destination and provider, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where required. Information about the applicable safeguard can be requested at the privacy address above.
7. Data retention
Enquiry and correspondence records are retained while the request or business relationship is active and afterwards only for the period reasonably needed for follow-up, record keeping, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. If an enquiry leads to a contract, relevant records follow the retention requirements for that contractual and accounting relationship. Technical and security logs are retained for the shorter period configured by the production host or needed to investigate a security event. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for these purposes.
8. Security
Tersisoft uses proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so visitors should avoid including sensitive or unnecessary information in an enquiry.
9. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are not absolute and may be limited by applicable law. Send a request to privacy@tersisoft.com; Tersisoft may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and the scope of the request.
10. Complaints
You may raise a concern with Tersisoft first or lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. The supervisory authority is located at 15 Kypranoros Street, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus and can be contacted at commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cy.
11. Cookies and policy changes
The current website storage baseline is described in the Cookie Policy. Tersisoft may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with a revised last-updated date.
